Our specialty: the BAPÉ

Created by our young chef Marina, 

the BAPÉ can only be found at Coco Fastronomy.

It is not a burger bread, an Arepa, or a pain Bagnat; it is unique. 

It has become a favorite in Bocas del Toro for locals and tourists alike. 

It is a tasty & delicious bread (say our clients) made to order 

and stuffed with various fillings. 

Coco Fastronomy was created a few years ago by our young chef-owner Marina. Having a passion for cooking, she wanted to create a unique experience. The idea of creating a different bread came to her mind and she started to develop an entire concept. 

Today, our restaurant which started as a tiny open kitchen can accommodate parties and groups as well, while keeping its local touch. 

We are proud to say that our entire staff is from Bocas del Toro, where kindness and smiles are everywhere.
